The company is an integrated service provider, which builds, owns and operates a diverse fleet of offshore marine support vessels, serving mainly the global offshore oil and gas exploration and production industry. It operates in two segments namely, Shipbuilding segment comprises of the building of offshore marine vessels and related services, and Chartering of vessels segment comprises of services like anchor handling, transportation of supplies, diving support, seismic support and other chartering services which also contributes a major part of revenue. Most of its revenue comes from the Malaysian market, while it also has a presence in Singapore.
