Axis Real Estate Investment Trust is a Malaysia-based industrial real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company owns and invests primarily in office and industrial real estate. The primary objectives of the Company are to provide unitholders with a stable and growing distribution of income, and to achieve long-term growth in the net asset value per unit of the Fund. The Company’s portfolio consists of offices, office/industrial, hypermarkets, warehouse logistics and manufacturing facilities. It has a portfolio of approximately 40 properties, which are located in the Klang Valley, Johor, Penang, Negeri Sembilan and Kedah. Its properties are located in Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Nilai, Rawang and Cyberjaya. The Company’s portfolio of properties includes Axis Business Park, Crystal Plaza, Menara Axis, Wisma Kemajuan, Quattro West, Axis Technology Centre and Wisma Academy Parcel. Axis REIT Managers Berhad is the manager of the Company.

The company’s portfolio consists of commercial offices, office and industrial buildings, warehouse and logistic centres, manufacturing facilities, and supermarkets. Warehouse and logistic centres account for approximately half the total net lettable area, followed by office and industrial buildings and manufacturing facilities. By geography, the properties are mainly located in Petaling Jaya, Johor, Shah Alam, and Penang. The office buildings are mainly close to public transportation and amenities.
