Borneo Oil Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company provides corporate and management services. The Company operates through four segments: Head office and others; Fast food operations; Management and operations of properties, and Oil, gas, energy and mining related businesses. The Company’s services consist of fast food and franchise, which include SugarBun and Pezzo Pizza, and gold mining in Malaysia. The Company is engaged in processing, exploration and mining of alluvial and lode gold in Mukim Batu Yon Mining area, Mukim Keratong Mining area and Mukim Hulu Jelai Mining area. The Company’s limestone mining operation is located in Ulu Segama at Lahad Datu, Subah. The Company’s subsidiaries include Borneo Oil & Gas Corporation Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in mining operations and related activities; SB Partners Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in investment holding business, and Borneo Resources Limited, which is engaged in investment business.

Its services consist of fast food and franchise, which include SugarBun and Pezzo Pizza, and gold mining. The company holds two mines comprising of Merapoh mine and Bukit ibam mine. In addition, it also conducts limestone mining operation which is located in Ulu Segama at Lahad Datu, Sabah.
