Eduspec Holdings Berhad is an investment holding company engaged in the development and provision of information technology (IT) learning programs and educational services. The Company’s geographical segments include Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Hong Kong. The Company’s solutions and services include Program (science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM)), Digital School Solution (DSS) and Integrated Education Solutions and Services (IESS). The Company offers two STEM programs: STEM with Robotics and STEM with Computer Science. It runs three DSS versions: Digital School Solution (DSS) 1.0, Digital School Solution (DSS) 2.0 and Digital School Solution (DSS) 3.0. The Digital School Solution (DSS) 1.0 consists of digital classrooms that feature basic projection, computer and console and other visual equipment. Digital School Solution (DSS) 2.0 allows digital interaction with systems, e-content, hardware, software, guardian and public stakeholders.
