Hai-O Enterprise Berhad is engaged in the wholesaling and retailing of herbal medicines and healthcare products, investment holding activities and property holding activities. The Company operates through three segments: Wholesale, Multi-level marketing and Retail. The Wholesale segment includes wholesaling and trading in herbal medicines and healthcare products, herbs and tea. The Multi-level marketing segment includes operating multi-level direct marketing of health food, healthcare, wellness and beauty products. The Retail segment is engaged in operating retail chain stores. The Company is also engaged in the business of pharmaceutical manufacturing and Chinese medicinal clinics. It provides pharmaceutical contract manufacturing services in herbal natural medicine, food supplements, and health food for clients from Malaysia and overseas. The Company offers its products under the brand names, such as Hai-O, LongRun, Kaeam, SONG HUA, Leng Hsiang, Zan, Herby, KOCH and ZHEN-G.
