Kretam Holdings Berhad is a Malaysia-based company, which is engaged in the operation of oil palm plantation and investment holding. The Company is also engaged in milling and sale of oil palm products, provision of plantation and palm oil mill management, including services and stock broking. The Company operates through two segments: Plantation and Mill, and Refinery. The plantation and mill segment is engaged in the business of cultivation and sale of oil palm products. The refinery segment is engaged in the business of refining crude palm oil and producing bio fuels. Its subsidiaries include Syarikat Kretam Plantations Sdn. Bhd. and Winpalm Development Sdn. Bhd., which are engaged in the cultivation of oil palm; Syarikat Kretam Mill Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in the milling and sale of oil palm products; Abedon Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in the cultivation of oil palm and investment holding, and KHB Development Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in investment holding, among others.
