Naim Holdings Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company is also engaged in the provision of management services to its subsidiaries. It has three segments: property development, construction and others. The property development segment is engaged in the development and construction of residential and commercial properties (including sale of vacant land). The construction segment is engaged in the construction of buildings, roads, bridges and other infrastructure and engineering works (including oil and gas related construction projects). The others segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of buildings and construction materials, provision of sand extraction and land filling services, property investment, as well as quarry operation. The Company, through its subsidiaries, Naim Land Sdn. Bhd. (NLSB) and Naim Engineering Sdn. Bhd. (NESB), focuses on integrated property developments, construction, civil engineering, oil and gas, and infrastructure projects.
