Petra Energy Berhad is an investment holding company. The Company provides brownfield services for the upstream oil and gas industry. The Company’s segments include Services, Marine Assets and Development & Production Segment. The services segment encapsulates the Company’s activities in the area of providing services, such as hook-up commissioning (HuC), topside major maintenance (TMM), fabrication, trading and engineering services. The Marine assets segment includes a range of marine assets and fleet operations, management and chartering. Its fleet of marine vessels include over five accommodation work boats, mainly for deployment within the Company’s Pan Malaysia contract; five accommodation work barges, and one anchor handling tug supply vessel. The Development & Production Segment categorizes the Company’s business activities in the risk service contracts and any new activities in relation to rejuvenation of brownfield wells, enhanced oil recovery and production service contract.
