Perdana Petroleum Berhad is an investment holding company engaged in the provision of administrative and management services to its subsidiaries. The Company operates in two segments: Marine offshore support services and Investment holding. The Marine offshore support services segment is engaged in the provision of vessels for the upstream oil and gas industry, ranging from towing, mooring and anchoring of non-self-propelled marine vessels, and transportation of drilling equipment, production chemicals and project materials to engineering and workshop facilities onboard. The Investment holding segment includes investments in equities. The Company owns and operates a fleet of new-build vessels to support an array of offshore activities from exploration, development, facilities installation, Hook-Up and Commissioning, production, operation and maintenance. It also offers workbarges and workboats for on-board accommodation and work facilities for offshore personnel.
