The Manufacturing segment includes manufacture and sale and marketing of rubber strips and narrow fabrics, upholstery webbings, covered elastic yarn, rigid webbings, safety webbing, metal components for the furniture industry, and trading and commission agent. The Property development and construction segment includes development and construction of residential and commercial properties. Its subsidiaries include Furniweb Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd., Texstrip Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. and Webtex Trading Sdn. Bhd.

The Healthcare segment comprises of investments in healthcare-related businesses. Geographically, it has operations in Malaysia, Asia-Pacific, Europe, North America, and other countries. It generates a vast majority of revenue from the manufacturing segment in Malaysia.
