Priceworth International Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company’s segments include logging segment, which is involved in extraction, sale of logs and tree planting (reforestation); manufacturing segment, which is in the business of manufacturing and trading of plywood, veneer, raw and laminated particleboard, sawn timber and finger joint molding; construction income segment, which is involved in the supply and delivery of soil and related transportation, and hiring of equipment services; shipyard segment, which is involved in the provision of marine services, including repair and maintenance of tugboat and barge, and others segment, which is involved in investment holding and the provision of hiring services. The Company operates a timber processing facility, a 33-hectare integrated plant, houses a sawmill, chemical treatment plants, kilns and molding center, which produces primarily sawn and molded timber, bare core boards and fingerjoints.
