The Company operates in Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Australia, China and the United Kingdom. Its international project portfolio includes Setia Eco Glades, Cyberjaya; Setia Eco Gardens, Johor; Battersea Power Station, London; Setia Sky Ville, Penang; Eco Sanctuary, Singapore, and KL Eco City, Kuala Lumpur. Its other projects in include Setia Pearl Island, Setia Vista, Setia V Residences, Setia Greens, 11 Brook Residences, Setia Alam, Kenny Hills Grande, Dwiputra Residences, Qinzhou Industrial Park and Setia Eco Cascadia.
