S P Setia Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company, through its subsidiaries, is engaged in the business of property development, construction, infrastructure and wood-based manufacturing. The Company operates through three segments: Property development, which is engaged in property development; Construction, which is engaged in building and infrastructure construction, and Others, which is engaged in manufacturing, trading and investing. The Company operates in Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Australia, China and the United Kingdom. Its international project portfolio includes Setia Eco Glades, Cyberjaya; Setia Eco Gardens, Johor; Battersea Power Station, London; Setia Sky Ville, Penang; Eco Sanctuary, Singapore, and KL Eco City, Kuala Lumpur. Its other projects in include Setia Pearl Island, Setia Vista, Setia V Residences, Setia Greens, 11 Brook Residences, Setia Alam, Kenny Hills Grande, Dwiputra Residences, Qinzhou Industrial Park and Setia Eco Cascadia.
