Ta Ann Holdings Berhad is a Malaysia-based holding company. The Company’s principal activities include harnessing of timber resources, and downstream activities, such as the manufacturing of veneer, plywood, coated plywood, eco plywood, laminated veneer lumber, film face plywood, bracing plywood, floor base, sawn timber, as well as laminated molding products. The Company’s geographical segments include Malaysia, Japan, India and other countries. Its subsidiaries include Ta Ann Plywood Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in manufacture and sale of plywood, trading of timber logs, reforestation and cultivation of oil palms; Lik Shen Sawmill Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in the manufacture and sale of swan timber and other timber products; Woodley Sdn. Bhd., which is a timber concession licensee and engaged in trading of logs; Questate Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in trading of logs, and Tanahead Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in property development and property investment.
