Timberwell Berhad is engaged in the business of investment holding, forest management, harvesting and trading of timber. The Company operates through four business units: Forestry Division, Plantation Division, Trading and Services Division, and Property Division. The Forestry Division includes timber harvesting and forest regeneration activities. It supplies the harvested timbers to its wood manufacturing arm, other local millers and exports to countries in the Asia Region. The Plantation Division includes the cultivation of industrial trees of approved species to sustain long-term commercial value of the forest. The Trading and Services Division includes activities, such as timber marketing, trading and the provision of chartered barging services within the Company. The Property Division involves in management and investment, and a holding of the Company’s properties. Its subsidiaries include Timberwell Properties Sdn. Bhd. and Timberwell Plantations Sdn. Bhd.
