Its Yong Tai Management Service is engaged in providing property management services, including buying, selling, leasing and managing residential, as well as commercial properties. Its Yong Tai Wellness offers treatments, such as detoxification, anti-ageing and behavioral programs and also offers garden yoga, aerobics, board games, health examinations, meditations, spa and massage. The Company is also involved in development of the Apple project.

Property investment segment includes buildings held for rental income and ticketing income. The company derives most of its revenue from Property development segment.
