The Company’s segments include Property development and management services, which is engaged in the development and property management of residential and commercial properties; Construction and related activities, which is engaged in securing and carrying out construction contracts, and Hotel operations, which is engaged in provision of hotel services, as well as food and beverages services. The Company has various development projects in Batu Pahat, Johor, which includes Taman Bukit Perdana, Evergreen Heights and Bandar Putera Indah. Taman Bukit Perdana is a mixed development township, which is located approximately 1.5 kilometers from Batu Pahat town center. Evergreen Heights is located approximately eight kilometers south of Batu Pahat town center. Bandar Putera Indah is a 390-acre mixed development township located near Tongkang Pecah.
