PDZ Holdings Bhd. is an investment holding company. The Company’s segments include Liner business and Non-vessel operating carrier. The Company, together with its subsidiaries, is engaged in the ownership and operation of sea-going vessels, shipping agency and ship management activities, and shipping and provision of related services. The Company provides its services to various ports in Peninsular and East Malaysia. It operates approximately six vessels covering the domestic trade (between East/West Malaysia, Brunei and Singapore) and Myanmar (between Singapore, Port Klang and Yangon). It also engages into fixed slots arrangements with other liners that provide service between China main ports (Shanghai, Ningbo, Qingdao, Shekou, Hong Kong Singapore/Port Klang and vice-versa), as well as operating on non-vessel operation basis. Its network covers approximately 20 countries and over 40 ports. Perkapalan Dai Zhun Sdn. Bhd. (PDZ Lines) is a subsidiary of the Company.
