Texchem Resources Bhd. is an investment holding company. The Company operates through four segments: Industrial, Polymer Engineering, Food and Restaurant. The Industrial division includes products, such as plastic resins, rubber/latex chemicals, adhesive chemicals, food ingredients, personal care and pharmaceutical additives, and dyestuffs and textile auxiliaries. The Polymer Engineering Division designs and develops polymer solutions for a range of varied industries, including data storage, semiconductor, consumer electronics and electrical, telecommunications and medical devices/life science. The Food Division produces and markets a range of marine products, including fresh seafood, frozen seafood, value added seafood, sashimi grade seafood, surimi, surimi-based products, fishmeal and dried seafood. The Restaurant Division operates a range of restaurant brands catering for market segments, including Sushi King, Miraku, Goku Raku Ramen, Tim Ho Wan, Yoshinoya and Hanamaru Udon.
