Carimin Petroleum Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company’s segments include manpower services (MPS); hook up, construction and commissioning (HUC); marine services (MS), and others. The MPS segment is engaged in providing services to its customers in sourcing suitable personnel to fulfill specified functions. The HUC segment is engaged in providing offshore hook up and commissioning on production platforms typically involving the final installation, testing and commissioning of the facilities’ structures machinery and equipment. The MS segment is engaged in providing vessel chartering to external customers. The other segment is engaged in providing corporate and management services, rental of equipment and machineries to external customers. The Company specializes in engineering, scheduled/work pack development, procurement, structural/piping fabrication and electrical/instrumentation installation, among others.
