C.I. Holdings Berhad is engaged in investment holding and the provision of management services to the Company’s subsidiaries. It has three segments: Edible oil, Tap-ware and sanitary ware, and Investment holdings. The Edible oil segment is engaged in buying, selling, manufacturing and packing of various types of edible oils. The Tap-ware and sanitary ware segment is engaged in the manufacturing and trading of household fittings and appliances, such as water taps, plumbing accessories and sanitary wares. Its investment holdings segment is engaged in investment activities. Its Edible Oil Products Division consists of its subsidiary, Continental Resources Sdn Bhd (CRSB), and the Palmtop Vegeoil Products Sdn Bhd Group, which comprises CRSB’s subsidiary, Palmtop Vegeoil Products Sdn Bhd (PVPSB), and PVPSB’s subsidiaries. Its Tap and Sanitary Ware Division operates out of its Senawang, Negeri Sembilan factory. Its manufacturing facilities are based in Malaysia.
