Glomac Berhad is an investment holding company, which is engaged in property development. The Company operates through three segments: Property development, which is engaged in the development of residential land commercial properties for sale and sale of land; Construction, which is engaged in the construction of buildings, and Property investment, which is engaged in the investment of land and buildings held for investment potential and rental income in future. Its Other business segments include investment holding. The Company is engaged in planning and designing new projects for its existing landbank, evaluating new landbank opportunities and looking out for new opportunities in the country with particular focus on the prime Greater KL area where it is well established. Its projects include Lakeside Residences, Saujana KLIA, Saujana Utama 4, Saujana Utama 5, Saujana Rawang and Centro V.
