The Company’s properties at Johor include Austin18, Ayer Hitam Industrial Park, Tropika Industrial Park, Taman Rakyat, Taman Sawit Indah, Taman Mesra Indah and Taman Pantai Layang. The Company’s properties at Melaka include Terendak Heights, Taman Keris Satria, Taman Tangga Batu Perdana, Taman Lesung Batu Jaya, Taman Lesung Batu Jaya and Taman Keris Satria.
