Mercury Industries Berhad is an investment holding company. The Company is engaged in the provision of management services to its subsidiaries. The Company operates through three segments: Manufacturing and retailing, Investment holding and Construction. The Manufacturing and retailing segment is engaged in the manufacturing and retailing of putty, hardener, underseal, paints and other related products. The Investment holding segment is engaged in investment holding and provision of management services. The Construction segment includes civil and building construction works, such as the construction of commercial shop-lots and shop offices, shopping complexes, condominiums and hotels. Its subsidiaries include Silverlight Prospects Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in investment holding; Brilliant Paints Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in trading, marketing and distribution of paints products, and Heap Seng Heng (M) Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in marketing of paints and related products.
