Its segments include Property Development and Investment, Engineering Construction and Environment, Infrastructure, Facilities Management and Parking, and Others. Property Development and Investment is an urban property developer, with a portfolio of integrated commercial and residential developments anchored around transportation hubs. Engineering, Construction and Environment is engaged in designing, building and contracting to control over its own property development projects. It develops high-voltage transmission networks, which consists of substations, overhead transmission lines and underground cabling. Its subsidiaries include DCS Operation & Maintenance Sdn.
