Sapura Industrial Berhad is engaged in investment holding and providing management services to its subsidiaries. The Company operates through three segments: Manufacturing, Investment holding and Others. The Manufacturing segment is engaged in the manufacture and supply of products for the automotive, electronics and electrical industries, and manufacture of butt-weld fittings for oil and gas industries. The Investment holding segment is engaged in the holding of investments and providing management services to subsidiaries. The Others segment is engaged in the trading of auto parts in retail and after sales market, providing computer aided design and manufacture of sub-systems and systems for applications in production and testing. The Company’s products include Engine, Transmission and Brake System, such as Intake Manifold and Cluth Release Fork; Module, such as Front Corner Module, Duplex Module and Rear Brake Assy, and Suspension System, such as Tapered Spring and Shock Absorber.
