UOA Real Estate Investment Trust is a Malaysia-based real property trust. The principal activity of the Trust is to invest in a diversified portfolio of real estate and real estate-related assets used, or predominantly used, for commercial purposes, whether directly or indirectly through the ownership of single-purpose companies owning real estate with the objective of achieving a stable return from rental income and long term capital growth. The Trust will focus on investing in properties that are primarily used for office, retail and/or residential purposes. Its real estate properties include UOA Centre Parcels, UOA II Parcels, UOA Damansara Parcels, Wisma UOA Pantai, Wisma UOA Damansara II and Parcel B-Menara UOA Bangsar. UOA Asset Management Sdn Bhd is the manager of the Trust.
