Asia Brands Berhad is an investment holding company. The Company is engaged in wholesale, retail and distribution of ready-made casual wear, baby and children wear, lingerie and ladies wear, and their related accessories. The Company operates through three divisions: baby products, innerwear and casual wear. Its baby products division includes brands, such as Anakku, which offers feeding equipment, toiletries, diapers, accessories and strollers; Disney Baby, which offers apparel, toiletries, feeding baby bottles, bottle brushes and teats, and MiniCare, which offers soft line products that include accessories, such as bath towels, hooded towels, as well as apparel for tiny tots to snuggle in. Its innerwear division includes brands, such as Audrey, Kawaii and Lilian. The Company’s casual wear division includes brands, such as Antioni and Bontton, both of which offer casualwear for young men and women, and Diesel, which offers apparel, innerwear, carry wear and other accessories.
