E.A. Technique (M) Berhad is a Malaysia-based company, which is engaged in ship owning and operating marine vessels for the transportation and offshore storage of oil and gas. The Company also provides port marine services for petrochemical and bulk and containerized ports in Malaysia. The Company’s segments are Freight and Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation and Commissioning (EPCIC). The principal activities of the Company’s subsidiaries are shipbuilding, ship repair, minor fabrication of steel structures, engineering services and consultancy. The Company operates a total fleet of approximately 30 marine vessels, which comprises approximately seven oil and gas tankers (inclusive of two floating storage and offloading unit), over three offshore support vessels (OSVs) and approximately 20 marine support vessels. Its port marine services include Towage services and Mooring services. The Company also provides dockside mooring services.
