Inari Amertron Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. Via the operation of subsidiaries, the Company partakes in 3 business segments: electronic manufacturing services (EMS), original design manufacturer (ODM) of electronic test and measurement equipment, as well as investment holding. The Company�s major undertakings include outsourced semiconductor assembly and test (OSAT), wafer sort, integrated circuit package assembly, together with chip fabrication and quality test. It is also involved in the design and production of testing equipment for semiconductors, fiber optic connectors and wireless microwave telecommunication products. Inari Amertron Berhad has established various production facilities in Malaysia, China and the Philippines, and it also has business presence in Singapore and other countries. The Company’s subsidiaries include Inari Technology Sdn. Bhd., Inari South Keytech Sdn. Bhd. and Simfoni Bistari Sdn. Bhd., among others.
