Kobay Technology Bhd. is an investment holding company. The Company is engaged in the provision of management services. Its segments include Precision metal components, which is engaged in the manufacture of precision machined components, precision stamping, sheet metal parts and surface treatment; Precision tooling and equipment, which is engaged in the manufacture of precision molds, tooling and dies, design and manufacture of automated machines, semiconductor assembly and testing equipment; Metal fabrication, which is engaged in the manufacture of metal works and structures, modules and parts for oil and gas (O&G) production and extraction equipment, and Property development, which is engaged in the property development. It has two business divisions: manufacturing and property industries. Its manufacturing division manufactures tooling, automation equipment and fabricated structures for aerospace, semiconductor, and O&G subsea global market sectors, among others.
