MNRB Holdings Berhad is an investment holding company. The Company is principally engaged in the provision of management services to its subsidiaries. The Company’s segments include investment holding, Reinsurance business, Takaful operator and Retakaful operator. Its subsidiaries include Malaysian Reinsurance Berhad, which is engaged in underwriting of all classes of general reinsurance business; Takaful Ikhlas Berhad, which is engaged in Management of family, general and investment-linked takaful business; MNRB Retakaful Berhad, which is engaged in the management of family and general retakaful business; MMIP Services Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in the management of Malaysian Motor Insurance Pool that provides motor insurance to vehicle owners unable to obtain insurance protection for their vehicles.

It comprises wholesale providers of reinsurance and retakaful as well as a takaful operator. The reinsurance services are provided in the areas of fire, marine, motor, miscellaneous, and family retakaful. The company is also engaged in investment holding business and mainly operates in Malaysia and United Arab Emirates.
