Sarawak Plantation Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The business activities of the Company are development, cultivation and management of oil palm plantations; milling of fresh fruit bunches into crude palm oil and palm kernel; plantation management services; strategic investment to develop Native Customary Rights (NCR) land into oil palm plantations; operation of a seed production unit supplying high yielding seeds and seedlings; cattle integration, and providing laboratory and technical services for the oil palm industry. It has three segments: investment holding; oil palm operations, which includes cultivation of oil palm and processing of fresh fruit bunches, and management services and rental, which includes provision of management service and rental of investment properties. The Company, through its subsidiary, Sarawak Plantation Agriculture Development Sdn Bhd, owns approximately 20 oil palm estates with a total planted area of over 31,230 hectares.
