The company focuses in macro township development; high rise residential, commercial, retail, and integrated developments; and property management and project & construction services. The company operates in three main business segments: property development, property investment, and others. The property development segment develops and sells residential and commercial properties. The property investment segment develops investment properties and holds them to earn rental income and/or capital appreciation. The property development segment generates the majority of the company’s revenue. Most of the company’s revenue is earned in Malaysia.
