Zelan Berhad is an investment holding company. The Company’s business focus is on engineering and construction projects, and public private partnership projects, mainly in Malaysia. The principal activities of its subsidiaries consist of investment holding, property development, civil engineering and building turnkey contractor, piling and civil engineering contractor, civil technical design and construction of civil and building works, concession operator, asset and facilities management services, management and operation of motor vehicles parking facilities, contracting and supplying of building materials and construction of sewage conveyance system. The Company’s segments are engineering and construction, which includes its projects in Indonesia, Middle East and Malaysia; property and development business, which includes rental income and car park income and management fees, and Investment business, which includes rental income.

Zelan Bhd is a Malaysia based company which is involved in engineering and construction business sector. The company business segments are Engineering and Construction segment which include projects in Indonesia, the Middle East and Malaysia, Asset and Facility Management segment which include rental income, car park income and management fees, and Property and Development and investment segment which include rental income. Asset facility management provides services for the concession agreement. Investment segment includes rental income and other segment. The Engineering and Construction segment generates more revenue for the company. It exports its product to Indonesia, United Arab Emirates and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia but the majority of its sales happen in Malaysia only.
