Amanah Harta Tanah PNB is involved in investing in real estate and other authorized investments with the objectives of achieving steady returns and for long-term capital growth. The investment objective of the company is to provide a reasonable level of income return to unitholders and allow them to gain from capital growth through the acquisition of a selected portfolio of real estate investments which have the potential for long-term capital growth. The business only operating segment being Real Estates. Geographically the trust provides its service only to the Malaysian market. Rental income generates maximum revenue for the company.
