APM Automotive Holdings Berhad is an investment holding company. The Company’s segments include Suspension Division, which includes business in products, such as leaf springs, parabolic springs, coil springs, shock absorbers and metal parts; Interior & Plastics Division, which includes business in products, such as plastics parts, interiors, seatings for motor vehicles, buses and cinemas; Electrical & Heat Exchange Division, which includes business in products, such as air-conditioning systems, starter motors, distributors and other electrical parts; Marketing Division, which is engaged in trading and distribution of automotive components/parts; All other segments, which includes business in Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Australia, the United States and Netherlands, and Non-reportable segment, which includes operations related to the rental of investment properties; distribution of motor vehicles, and provision of management services, and automotive research and development services.
