The Company’s subsidiaries include Berjaya Starbucks Coffee Company Sdn Bhd, which is engaged in the development and operation of the Starbucks Coffee chain of cafes and retail outlets in Malaysia; Berjaya Roasters (M) Sdn Bhd, which is engaged in the development and operation of the Kenny Rogers Roasters chain of restaurants in Malaysia; Berjaya Food Trading Sdn Bhd, which is engaged in the sale and distribution of food and beverage in Malaysia, and Berjaya Food (International) Sdn Bhd (Berjaya Food), which is an investment holding company.
