The property development segment is engaged in the development of residential and commercial properties. The construction segment is involved in building and infrastructure construction works. The investment holding segment is engaged in investing in subsidiaries and associates, which are long term in nature. The property management segment is engaged in the provision of maintenance and safety services, project management and property maintenance. Its projects include Taman Universiti, Taman Nusa Indah, Taman Nusa Bestari Jaya, Resident at Peak (Straitsview8), Taman Perindustrian SME Kulim and SME Kulim Industrial Park. Its subsidiaries include Country View Construction Sdn. Bhd., Country View Equities Sdn. Bhd. and Country View Ventures Sdn. Bhd.
