It is developing a township named Bandar Tasek Raja situated in Pasir Mas, Kelantan. The Company’s Renaissance Kota Bharu Hotel is a five stars hotel located in Kota Bharu. It has approximately 300 rooms and suites, and a range of facilities for leisure and business travelers, such as fitness center, restaurant, meeting rooms and Ballroom. Its Kota Sri Mutiara shopping complex is a six-story shopping complex with a total floor area of approximately 34,400 square meters, which consists of a supermarket, food court and over 100 units of shoplots. Its Mutiara Tower condominium is a 23-story condominium consists of approximately 160 units of apartments. The Company is managing various unsold units as serviced apartment.
