Emico Holdings Berhad is an investment holding company. The Company and its subsidiaries are engaged in manufacturing, trading of consumable products and property development. The Company operates through three segments: Consumable products, Property development and Investment holding. The Consumable products segment is engaged in the manufacturing and trading of consumable products. The Property development segment is engaged in the development of land into residential and commercial buildings. The Company’s projects include Bandar Mutiara, which consists of approximately 2,500 units of residential and commercial building with over one and two story terrace house, over two story bungalows, and over two and three story shop houses, and Taman Seri Pertam, which consists of approximately 220 units of single and double story residential houses. Its subsidiaries include Emico Penang Sdn. Bhd., Emico Development Sdn. Bhd., NEB Development Berhad and Mercu Tanah Langkawi Sdn. Bhd.

Emico Holdings Bhd is engaged in the business of manufacturing and trading of the trophy, souvenir and medal products, contract manufacturing, trading of home furnishing and household products and property development. The group has two manufacturing facilities located in Bayan Lepas Industrial Area, Penang. The property development projects are located in Sungai Petani and Langkawi, Kedah. The business is spread across Europe, Malaysia, and other countries.
