Bhd., which are the contractors for civil and building construction works; GBG Properties (Sabah) Sdn. Bhd. and AQRS The Building Company Sdn. Bhd., which are engaged in the property development; Gabungan AQRS Properties Sdn. Bhd. and Trusvest Sdn. Bhd., which are engaged in property investment, and Gabungan AQRS Management Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in the provision of management services, among others.

Gabungan Aqrs Bhd is engaged in the business of construction and property development in Malaysia. The company specializes in construction infrastructure, residential and commercial buildings, as well as purpose-built buildings. The group is organized into two reportable segments; Construction, involves securing and carrying out construction contracts and Property development, involves the development of residential and commercial properties. Maximum revenue of the company is generated by the Construction segment. All the operations of the company are carried out in Malaysia.
