Ideal United Bintang Berhad, formerly United Bintang Berhad, is an investment holding company. The Company is engaged in the trading of heavy machinery and equipment, and spare parts in Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia, Thailand, Japan and the United States. The Company has two segments: Trading, which includes trading of heavy machinery and spare parts, and Property, which includes property development activities. Its subsidiaries include United Bintang Machinery Sdn. Bhd., I-Platinum Sdn. Bhd. and Platinum Manifest Sdn. Bhd. The Company’s list of investment properties include Agriculture Land PT 397 Genting Sempah Bentong, Pahang, which has an area of approximately 119,790 square feet; Agriculture Land Lot 1793 Mukim of Serendah Ulu Selangor, which has an area of 1,122,980 square feet, and Agriculture Land Lot 2093 Mukim of Kota Lama Kanan Kuala Kangsar, which has an area of over 347,600 square feet.
