IFCA MSC Berhad is a Malaysia-based business software solution company specializing in the property industry. The Company is engaged in research and development of enterprise-wide business solutions. The Company has two geographical segments: Malaysia, in which the areas of operation are principally a turnkey e-business application provider focused on customized functionality on in-house industry specific software, and Foreign, which includes the activities that are focused on the Company’s research and development center, as the central domain for all customized projects and undertake marketing activities that cater for China market. The Company’s subsidiaries include IFCA Solutions Sdn Bhd, IFCA Systems (JB) Sdn Bhd, IFCA Systems (Penang) Sdn Bhd, IFCA Consulting (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd and Property365 Sdn Bhd.

These properties cover shopping malls, chain stores, residential, industrials, commercials, resorts, hotels and recreational sports clubs. It operates through two geographical segments namely Malaysia and Foreign. The Malaysia segment includes turnkey e-business applications. Its Foreign business segment focuses on research and development center for all customized projects for China market.
