Its property development segment is engaged in the development of residential and commercial properties. Its cultivation of oil palm segment is engaged in the cultivation and sale of oil palm fruits. For Taman Lagenda, the Company completed approximately 230 units of residential properties in Phase 4B2. Phases 1S and 1A of the Company’s Taman Desa Cinta Sayang consists of over 30 units of shops and approximately 230 units of residential houses. Its subsidiaries include Keladi Kulim Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in property development and investment holding; Ikam Maju Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in property development; Keladi Asset Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in property investment, and Keladi Harta Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in property development and cultivation of oil palm.
