It has investment activities in six geographical areas of the world: Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, Mauritius, Cayman Islands and Australia. Its total planted area is approximately 4,188 acres located in the District of Kluang, Johor. Its Kluang Estate covers an area of approximately 1,573.61 acres. Its Sungei Bagan Estate an area of approximately 2,614.71 acres. Its subsidiaries include Devon Worldwide Limited, Sungei Bagan Rubber Company (Malaya) Berhad and Kuchai Development Berhad.
