The Property segment includes the properties leased out for rental income or held for long-term capital appreciation. Its subsidiaries include KYM Industries (M) Sdn. Bhd., which manufactures and sells corrugated fiberboards and boxes; Polypulp Enterprises Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in investment holding; KYM Properties Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in property management, and Hasrat Meranti Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in investment holding, and manufacture and sale of multi-wall industrial paper bags. Its subsidiaries, Anabatic Sdn. Bhd. and Teguh Amalgamated Sdn. Bhd., are engaged in property investment.
