The steel bars, wire rods and sections produced by the Company are used in the construction, fabrication and manufacturing industries. The Company’s subsidiaries include Amsteel Mills Sdn Bhd (AMSB) and Antara Steel Mills Sdn Bhd (Antara). Its plants are located in Klang, Selangor; Banting, Selangor, and Pasir Gudang, Johor.

Its steel segment engaged in manufacturing and marketing of steel bars, wire rods, hot briquetted iron and steel related products. Building materials segment consists of trading and distribution of building materials and other steel products. Other segment involve in investment holding, treasury business, manufacture and trading of lubricants, spark plugs and provision of transportation services, agriculture, distributing and retailing of consumer products. The company generates maximum revenue from the Steel segment.
