Matang Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company, which provides management services to Matang Group. The Group is principally engaged in the trading of fresh fruit bunch (FFB) harvested from the oil palm, the management of plantation estates and the property investment holding services. Matang Group owns the Matang Estate comprised of various agricultural lands located within the District of Ledang and District of Segamat, Johor, Malaysia, that houses the Group’s plantation operations. The majority of the Group’s revenue is derived from its sales of FFB in the Malaysian market. Besides, the Group owns several units of detached buildings in Kawasan Perindustrian Larkin (also known as Dato’ Onn Industrial Estate) in Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia. These properties are leased to multiple tenants for rental income. Matang Berhad’s subsidiaries are Matang Holdings Berhad and Matang Realty Sdn Bhd.
