MBM Resources Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company operates through four business segments: motor trading, automotive parts manufacturing, property development and all others. The motor trading segment is engaged in marketing and distribution of motor vehicles and spare parts, and provision of related services. The automotive parts manufacturing segment is engaged in the manufacturing of automotive parts and components, steel and alloy wheels, discs, noise, vibration and harshness (NVH) products, and provides tire assembly services. The property development (non-core) segment is engaged in the development of Menara MBMR office building. The all others segment involves investment holding and dormant companies. The immediate and ultimate holding company of the Company is Med-Bumikar Mara Sdn. Bhd. Its subsidiaries include Galaxy Waves Sdn. Bhd., Oriental Extrusions Sdn. Bhd., MBMR Properties Sdn. Bhd. and Inai Benua Sdn. Bhd.
