In South Africa, the Company is involved in civil engineering, construction works, property development and golf management. Its completed projects include 280 Park Homes, which is located Puchong Prima, Selangor; Kiara 9 Residency, which is located in Mont’ Kiara, Kuala Lumpur, and Desa Idaman Residences, which is located in Puchong Prima, Selangor. The Company conducts the business of its Healthcare division through its subsidiary, Optimax Eye Specialist Centre Sdn Bhd. Its overseas property project in South Africa is the Blue Valley Golf & Country Estate.
